🍂　 8/31　朝「あれ、杖なしで歩ける？」　久しぶりにやってみたら少しずつだけど”いっちにいっちに”…と杖なしで歩けた。うれしくなった。暑さも続くがどこか秋の気配。今日は久しぶりに子供が二人そろってきてくれる日だ。お出かけするように勧められているので取り敢えずAEONのスタバへ行こうかな？　8/30の海の公園「花火」は外の音声とLive中継で。

On Sunday Ken came, then Kumi came. They did a lot of small chores, which helped reducing my stress! We decided not going out because of the heat, about 37 degrees outside. Talked about verious things, such as Ishi✕ matter, how to end our lives happily, works, education and a trip to Karuizawa next year and more! Such a good day. I changed my mind about Kumi. I sometimes think she is not serious about me, but it′s not true. She is thinking about me in more realistic in her own capacity. I felt happy I had such a wonderful children!

軽井沢

Ken said that「軽井沢なんて車ですぐだよ！」これで来年の旅行は「楽勝」となった。うれしい。出来たらみんなで行きたいな、Kazuちゃんも一緒に。9/2　歩行時足が痛い。でも火曜の歩行リハの時はいろいろ良く出来た（フシギ）山根先生の講座聴いて勉強した。

🌸9/4 歩行、歌(Karaoke)、雨?　　左足は痛む日とそうでもない日がある。浮腫みがある日便通に問題がある日が痛いかもしれない。チェックしよう。投資信託の成績が悪い銘柄を思い切って売却した。儲かりそうな銘柄を買いたい誘惑にかられるが冷静に考えよう。Komorebiカラオケのリハ効果は大。雨が降らず猛暑が続く。
