Emily Dickinson – 1830-1886
The photo left is from Sunshine, Oxfordshire, and the photo right side is from me taken at Sankei-en Garden.

The poem is on my FaceBook account posted by Sally.
Dear March – Come in –
How glad I am –
I hoped for you before –
Put down your Hat –
You must have walked –
How out of Breath you are –
Dear March, how are you, and the Rest –
Did you leave Nature well –
Oh March, Come right upstairs with me –
I have so much to tell –
I got your Letter, and the Birds –
The Maples never knew that you were coming –
I declare – how Red their Faces grew –
But March, forgive me –
And all those Hills you left for me to Hue –
There was no Purple suitable –
You took it all with you –
Who knocks? That April –
Lock the Door –
I will not be pursued –
He stayed away a Year to call
When I am occupied –
But trifles look so trivial
As soon as you have come
That blame is just as dear as Praise
And Praise as mere as Blame –

While she was extremely prolific as a poet and regularly enclosed poems in letters to friends, she was not publicly recognized during her lifetime. She died in Amherst in 1886, and the first volume of her work was published posthumously in 1890.

Songs; British rocks, American Rocks and Japanese songs….
Rock, also called rock and roll, rock & roll, or rock ’n’ roll, form of popular music that emerged in the 1950s. It is certainly arguable that by the end of the 20th century rock was the world’s dominant form of popular music. Originating in the United States in the 1950s, it spread to other English-speaking countries and across Europe in the ’60s, and by the ’90s its impact was obvious globally (if in many different local guises). What is rock? The difficulty of definition. But there is basic agreement that rock “is a form of music with a strong beat.” from Britanica

[Verse 1] Desperado Why don't you come to your senses? You've been out ridin' fences For so long now Oh, you're a hard one But I know that you got your reasons These things that are pleasin' you Can hurt you somehow [Verse 2] Don't you draw the queen of diamonds, boy She'll beat you if she's able You know the queen of hearts is always your best bet Now it seems to me some fine things have been laid upon your table But you only want the ones that you can't get [Verse 3] Desperado Oh, you ain't getting no younger Your pain and your hunger They're driving you home And freedom, oh, freedom Well that's just some people talking Your prison is walking through this world all alone [Verse 4] Don't your feet get cold in the wintertime? The sky won't snow and the sun won't shine It's hard to tell the nighttime from the day You're losing all your highs and lows Ain't it funny how the feeling goes Away… [Verse 5] Desperado Why don't you come to your senses? Come down from your fences Open the gate It may be rainin' But there's a rainbow above you You better let somebody love you (Let somebody love you)You better let somebody love you Before it's too late

The translator did not do a proper job. JK said: “I really did not want to cry tonight. But you guys are so inescapably lovable, that I cannot but love you all.” JIMIN said: “This song gave me great comfort [when I needed it most]. And that you sang it with us and enjoy it with us makes me so happy and thankful and I love you all for it.” JIN said: “Thank you so much for making me feel so happy for being alive.” V: “We are so touched, thank you for making us feel so moved, we will never forget it.” When ARMY began to sing, RM joked: “You guys are breaking the rules [by breaking our hearts].” J-HOPE was laughing but you could see his eyes filling up with tears followed by a rare expression of quiet sincerity. He was literally speechless: “I’m moved. I’m really so moved” (and not “I’m surprised”). SUGA who usually doesn’t show his emotions: “At first, I thought that they had put on the wrong track. … This was so unexpected. This goes beyond any imagination.”

Lyrics How gentle is the rain that falls softly on the meadow Birds high above in the trees serenade the flowers with their melodies oh, oh, oh See there beyond the hill the bright colors of the rainbow Some magic from above made this day for us just to fall in love You'll hold me in your arms and say once again 'you love me' 당신은 당신의 두 팔로 나를 꼭 안고 다시 한번 내게 사랑한다 말해주겠지요 And if your love is true everything will be just as wonderful Now I belong to you from this day until forever Just love me tenderly And I'll give to you every part of me oh, oh, oh Don't ever make me cry through long lonely nights without love Be always true to me Keep this day in your heart eternally 영원히 당신 맘속에 간직해주세요 ❄ Someday we shall return to this place upon the meadow 훗날 우린 이 푸른 들판을 다시 찾아 올거에요 We'll walk out in the rain hear the bird's above singing once again oh, oh, oh You'll hold me in your arms and say once again you love me And if your love is true everything will be just as wonderful

When you are near, I go with joy) is the title of an aria from Gottfried Heinrich Stölzel’s opera ‘Diomedes’. The original opera is apparently lost, but the aria has survived in it’s best known version, an arrangement by Johann Sebastian Bach for voice and continuo (catalogued as BWV 508). This was published as no. 25 in the 1725 collection ‘Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach’.
Ach, wie vergnügt wär so mein Ende, es drückten deine schönen Hände mir die getreuen Augen zu, When thou art near, I go with joy To death and to my rest. O how pleasant would my end be, If your fair hands Would close my faithful eyes.
